APD Mount Assembly…

Assemble heat-sink with 8-32 X ½” Socket Head (28)

Install G10 parts with #8 small washer and

8-32 X 3/8” Socket Head

Fit end plates over G10 and secure with #8 small washer

and 8-32 X 3/8” Socket head (both end plates[GKC1] )

Assemble Left and Right slide rails with 10-32 X ¼”

Flat Head (3 per side)

Install the locking knobs (2 per side)

Secure the slide rails using 10-32 X 1/4” Flat head (3 per side)

Fasten the angle braces with 6-32 X 5/8” Socket head (6 per brace)

Each corner has an angle bracket

Assemble power bars to Delrin with 6-32 X3/8” flat head socket

(4 per delrin bracket, 6 brackets for 2 sets of power bars)

Install power bars to APD mount with 8-32 X ½”

Socket head.

Install DC fan covers onto each end

Using (6) 8-32 X ½” socket head

Install (4) center braces with 8-32 X 3/8” flat socket head (4 screws per side).

Install (4) covers

Install (2) handles with 10-32 X ¾” socket head (8) copper clips with ¼-20 X ¼” socket head holds down the covers
