Modification to dev (src/ao.0305):
  Removed old filter wheel code (hardware control using sixnet device).
  Rename mfocus to filter (New filter wheel will used smart motor and digi-one device
     previously assigned to mfocus. mfocus will be removed from AO.
  Modified new filter code to work with smart motor and new detent based filter wheel.
