Bus , George Koenig , Lars Bergknut Subject: TCS3 change request form Gentlemen, I've been giving some thought as to how to develop a method by which you can provide input to Tony for software and hardware changes. After some discussion with Paul and Tony, here is what I would like to suggest. Any request for a hardware or software change should be emailed to Tony after filling out the form below. Since the changes affects all TOs, I would like the requester to _first_ discuss the changes with the other TOs to make sure there is consensus on a problem to be fixed and the solution. I have requested that Tony make a web site where everyone can see the request and the action taken. Please keep in mind that Tony cannot fix everything at once. He will set priorities and do things one at a time. However, you should be able to track his progress via the web page. Tony will be focussing intensively on getting TCS3 to an operational state in the next 2 months. This means that NOW is the time to make your needs and requirements known! If there are any problems with this approach, please let Tony and myself know. Thanks, Alan ========================================= TCS3 Change Request Form Date: Requestor: 1.
