Paul and Dave have both approved. The BeamOS on t3remote is awkward to use. We need a way to quickly and directly dial in the beamswitch amount like we do with the rates on mcc1. Show pt.rates along with ns.rates Remove the dew point display on mcc1 since the operators only use relative humidity. Combine the mcc2 Hum.wn slider with the mcc1 Humidity/wn display bar. Make the "Slew 0" button on mcc1 bigger relative to the nearby buttons since we it so often. Since that is what we press most of the time just call it "SLEW" Add a "Slew 2" button since we type it frequently on the command line. Still hard to distinguish the "brakes are on" voice from "brakes are off". Change it to "brakes set" and "brakes released". Reserve male voices for warnings - use female otherwise. Need "doo-DEE" end of slew sound to go with "DEE-doo" slew requested sound. Need to have slew requested sound at a good volume even if other voices are turned down. Relabel Servo Mode "idle" as "halt" because that's what we would type on the old tcs to do the same thing. Relabel "pt.madj" as "update pointing" to clarify what it does and distinguish it from the other command. Relabel "pt.save" as "initial pointing" to clarify what it does and as a reminder to do it on the first star of the night. Relabel "ns.rates" as "non-sidereal" to clarify and avoid confusion with north/south rates (also in t3remote) The "m" in reverse video in 3 places in the "Dome/Shutter" readout is not legible. Use a bigger font and/or spell it out: "Dome Brakes ON" "ULimit" "DLimit"
